Kenilworth Town

Kenilworth is notable for the extensive ruins of Kenilworth Castle. Other local sights include the ruins of Kenilworth Abbey, St Nicholas’ parish church and Kenilworth clock. Just a short stroll away is an excellent choice of restaurants and pubs offering a wide selection of international cuisine, a diverse range of shops, and leisure facilities.

 

Kenilworth Castle

Built in the 12th century by the Clinton family, it is England’s most extensive castle ruin, famous for its Norman keep, Tudor Gardens and John of Gaunt’s Great Hall. The ruins are best known as the home of Robert Dudley, the great love of Queen Elizabeth I. Dudley created an ornate palace here to impress his Queen in 1575.

 

Warwick Castle

Situated in the market town of Warwick, well known for its magnificent castle. The history here reaches back almost 11 centuries. National Exhibition Centre (NEC)

The National Exhibition Centre is the UK’s largest exhibition centre and one of Europe’s busiest. Hosting over 160 exhibitions, concerts & events and 2.5million visitors each year the NEC is situated adjacent to Birmingham International Rail Station and Birmingham Airport. Approximately 20 minutes from Arden Guest House.

 

Stoneleigh Park

With 250 acres of picturesque parkland and is one of the UK’s longest established venues. Offering conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, fayres, corporate days or team building days. It is one of the most convenient venues in the UK. Located just off the M40, Stoneleigh Park is approximately 10 minutes away from Arden Guest House.

 

Leamington Spa

offering the maginficent Royal Pump Rooms which are now a cultural and tourism complex, housing the town’s Museum, Art Gallery and Library. There is also Jephson Gardens, a £4.3 million restoration project which inclueds a sensory garden, temperature house, a refurbished boathouse and children’s play area. 12 minutes away.
